Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Kuwait}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Kuwait|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

WikiProject Kuwait.

• Category:Wikipedians interested in Kuwait

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
