Use

To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wiki markup on your user page:

where:

nation is the member state name (the Wikipedia article name) or the two-character ISO 3166-1 code.
alt is an optional alternate member state name.
the is an optional preceding article.
size is an optional font size in pixels. (default = 7.5)
