Template:Time zone/utc offset link

This template maps time zones to the linked UTC offset of their standard time (non-DST), from tz database. The output text is formatted in "+HH:mm" or "−HH:mm", linked to a UTC offset article. The offsets are stored in {{Time zone/utc offset}}.
Usage
[edit source]{{Time zone/utc offset link}} has one required positional parameter for timezone name from tz database. For example:

For invalid timezone names:
