Pierrefitte (French pronunciation: [pjɛʁfit] <phonos file="LL-Q150 (fra)-LoquaxFR-Pierrefitte.wav"></phonos>; Occitan: Peirafita) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France.
Geography
[edit | edit source]A small farming area comprising the village and a couple of hamlets situated by the banks of the Voueize river, some 15 miles (24 km) east of Guéret, at the junction of the D65 and the D55.
