Le Chauchet (French pronunciation: [lə ʃoʃɛ]; Occitan: Lo Chauchèt) is a commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France.
Geography
[edit | edit source]A farming area comprising a small village and several hamlets, situated on the eastern side of the valley of the river Tardes, some 13 miles (21 km) northeast of Aubusson, near the junction of the D6 and the D993 roads.
