I've been expanding articles about railways in Japan, and this book is completely out of my reach due to problems with my options for libraries being extremely limited. Some information for railway lines in Japan, especially technical ones are usually never on the internet, which the little bits that provide them being unusable blogs, which makes making proper quality articles difficult or impossible. Having a book like this will really remove a large part of that barrier. I can't point to a specific article for this because this would be used for numerous articles within the scope of WP:TIJ.
