Homestead Cottage is a restaurant in Doolin, Ireland.[2] It is owned by Robbie and Sophie McCauley.[3]
History
[edit | edit source]Homestead Cottage opened in late June 2023. Head chef Robbie McCauley is from Edinburgh and his wife Sophie is from Burgundy; Robbie was nine years at Gregan's Castle, Ballyvaughan.[4][5] It is based in a 19th-century cottage and serves locally sourced dishes.[6]
It received a Michelin star for the first time in 2023.[7][6]
