The 2025 IIHF World Championship final was played at the Avicii Arena in Stockholm, Sweden on 25 May 2025 to decide the winner of the 2025 IIHF World Championship.[1]
The United States won the gold medal for the first time since 1960 and their third overall.[2][3] Switzerland lost its fourth consecutive final, having never won gold before.
