The 2009 IIHF World Championship Division III was an international ice hockey tournament organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation. The tournament was contested from 10 to 16 April 2009 in Dunedin, New Zealand.[1] Mongolia withdrew from the tournament and therefore forfeited all of their games. Division III represents the fourth level of the Ice Hockey World Championships.
