Today, I wrote the article for In re Turner, an 1867 circuit case heard by Chief Justice of the United States Salmon P. Chase on the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. This book by Harold Hyman is the most comprehensive account of that case and much of the coverage that the new article cites relies on Hyman's work, so I am seeking the full book. My local library does not have the book, nor do the Wikipedia Library databases seem to contain an electronic form. Used copies seem to be sold at low prices, so this seems like a good request to open this new initiative. Thanks for your work RAdimer-WMF! 04:51, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
