Mae Patricia Quema "Trish" La Chica is a Filipino-born American politician and a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives.[1] In 2023, Governor of Hawaii Josh Green appointed her to replace Ryan Yamane.[2]

La Chica was selected for the Future Caucus Innovation Fellowship as a member of the 2025-2026 Energy and Environment cohort.[3] In a press conference, La Chica raised concerns over the high cost of living and increased crime. She pledged to listen to the community and support them.[4]
