Usage
[edit source]This template shows only generic ads (i.e. stuff like Be Bold, excluding the many regional and specialist Wikiproject ads) from {{Wikipedia ads}}. Use simply like this:
{{Wikipedia ads generic}}
Formatting parameters from {{Wikipedia ads}} work too.
Up to 10 additional ads can be specified using positional parameters similarly as in {{Wikipedia ads}}. For example, to add ads for WikiProject European Union (#78) and WikiProject Czech Republic (#114), use the code:
{{Wikipedia ads generic|2|78|114}}
that renders as:
| Wikipedia ad for Wikipedia:Huggle | |
| Wikipedia ads | file info – show another – #216 |
Editing
[edit source]To add a newly created generic ad to this template, it has to be added to {{Wikipedia ads}} first. Then edit this template and add the number of your ad after the other numbers (but before the lines that look like | {{{1|}}}).
