This is the WikiProject banner template used by WikiProject Higher education to keep track of articles within its scope. All articles are categorised into Category:WikiProject Higher education articles.

Basic usage

Place this on the talk page of relevant articles:

Full usage

It is usual to remove any unused parameters from the template call.

Parameters

• category – set |category=no if, and only if, a banner is being used for demonstration or testing purposes, to prevent unnecessary or undesirable categorization. Otherwise, omit this parameter.

Notes and alerts

• attention – set |attention=yes if the article needs immediate attention from experienced editors. Use only if another parameter does not cover the need for attention; this should be used sparingly. It is strongly encouraged to also add a section to the talk page explaining what needs attention. This parameter populates Category:Higher education articles needing attention.

Task forces

• student – set |student=yes if the article is supported by Student Affairs task force. This parameter populates Category:Student Affairs task force articles.
• cuny – set |cuny=yes if the article is supported by WikiProject City University of New York. This parameter populates Category:WikiProject CUNY articles.
• uva – set |uva=yes if the article is supported by WikiProject University of Virginia. This parameter populates Category:WikiProject University of Virginia articles.

Deprecated parameters

• listas – this parameter should be used with the banner shell template, not on individual project banners. Please see Template:WikiProject banner shell for details.
