This is a welcome template that Growth team mentors may use to welcome their mentees.
Watching the mentee's talk page is considered a best practice and is strongly recommended.
Usage

Parameters
[edit source]There are five named parameters, all optional:
|image=– add a right-floated image (see values below); default: no image|caption=– captioning is automatic if param|image=is provided; use|caption=to override the default (see below)|heading=no– suppresses the automatic heading|headtext=...– alters the heading to the given value (default:Welcome!)|customend=...– Adds a custom ending to replace the default,Once again, welcome to Wikipedia!

Default caption when param |image= is used:
|image=cookies– Have a plate of cookies!|image=fruit– Although some prefer welcoming newcomers with cookies, I find fruit to be a healthier alternative.File:Face-smile.svg|image=globe– (none; image of Wikipedia puzzle globe only)|image=kitten– Welcome!|image=library– When adding information, please try to WP:CITE a source for each statement whenever possible!|image=tea– A cup of hot tea to welcome you!
