While the license of this userspace image or media file may be compliant with the Wikimedia Commons, its usefulness to other projects is unlikely.
It should not be copied to Commons unless a specific significant non-Wikipedia or cross-wiki use can be demonstrated.

Denotes a file hosted at Wikipedia that could be moved to Wikimedia Commons, but shouldn't be, as it would not be of use beyond the English Wikipedia because it is only used on a Wikipedia contributors user pages.

This template categorizes into Category:Wikipedia files of no use beyond the English Wikipedia.
