This template creates a userbox that indicates that the user actively participates in WikiProject North America.

Use

WikiProject North America participants should:

1. Place their user names on the List of participants, and
2. Place the following Wiki markup on their user page:

{{User WikiProject North America}}

This template creates the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject North America.

and adds your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject North America participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in North America

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
