Usage
[edit source]This template has two parameters for two different userbox icons.
The default icon is set by omitting the icon parameter. The image is a sheet of music notation. (as seen above)

For an alternative icon, add the "icon" parameter, then set the value to "segno". The image is a scalable icon of a "Segno" symbol.
