This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in the Rivers State work group of WikiProject Nigeria.
To join the Rivers State work group, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject Nigeria/Rivers State work group#Participants.
Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User Rivers State WG|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:
A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
