This template provides common parameters for substitution into Namibia user templates.

This parameter template should be substituted into both Template:User Namibia/doc1 and Template:User in Namibia as soon as possible.
The <includeonly> tag must be removed from Template:User in Namibia before substitution and replaced afterward.
