This parameter template should be substituted into both Template:User European Union/doc1 and Template:User in the European Union as soon as possible.
The <includeonly> tag must be removed from Template:User in the European Union before substitution and replaced afterward.
The update stamps on Template:User European Union/doc1 and Template:User in the European Union must match the date shown below.
