Usage

Parameters:
|1=– IP being autoblocked (optional)|2=– original block message|3=– blocking admin|accept=– Reason for accepting the unblock request|decline=– Reason for declining the unblock request, if not using the default|sig=~~~~– to sign the default decline reason
