This template is used to mark bots running on Toolforge. It shows a text to administrators notifying to disable autoblock when blocking Toolforge bots.
Usage

An optional param |account= lets you specify the Toolforge tool account – creating a link to the account info page (from https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/) and recent jobs run report (from https://sge-jobs.toolforge.org).
An optional param |note= lets you add an additional message.
