Returns the value of a given User:ClueBot III/ArchiveThis parameter, if there is a validly formatted config on the page.

Parameters
Two positional parameters, one required:
|1= – Token specifying which archiving item is needed; one of: bot, age, units, minthreadsleft (or min).
|2= – Full pagename of the Talk page to search for Cluebot config params (default: {{FULLPAGENAME}} ).
