Something helpful to be used by {{Service award progress}}.
Usage
1 unnamed parameter, which can either be edits or time and which makes the template calculate the current level (1 to 23) just like {{Service awards/select}} does. The named parameters follow the same pattern as {{Service awards/select}}.
