Parameters

| boxwidth | How wide to make the box (limit: 500) | required |
| subject | The subject of the image | optional |
| description | The image's description | required |
| size | The size of the image | required |
| user | The name of the user who contributed the image | required (unless using "flickr") |
| project | The project of the user if not the English Wikipedia | optional |
| flickr | Link to the image's author if not a user | optional |
| flag | Flag representing a location (use what is most relevant, e.g. the UN flag for the United Nations Building, the US flag for the United States Capitol, and the New York flag for the New York State Capitol) | optional (not usable on Thanksgiving & Christmas templates) |
