Usage
[edit source]This message should be placed only on article talk pages at the head of the talk page with other notices for articles which use shortened footnotes with an unknown rationale. The article is added to the hidden maintenance category Category:Articles with unknown sfn style for tracking purposes.
To use this template, add this code to an article’s talk page:

Where sources is the name of the section or sections where full citations are listed. The default is Cited works.

Expiration
[edit source]When tracking of the discussion is no longer needed, adding the expired=yes parameter will remove the article from the tracking category.
