Template:Historical affiliations/doc

{{Historical affiliations}} is used to create a timeline of affiliations for a place in a standardized and accessible manner. See this search result for instances of historical affiliations quote boxes this template should replace.

Parameters

• |1=, |2=, ... (all unnamed parameters): Entries in the affiliation list. Generally in the format {{flag|...}} (xxxx–xxxx).
• |float=: The float of the element (either left, right, or none). Defaults to right.
• |title=: The title to show at the top of the table. Defaults to Historical affiliations.
• |width=: Custom width for the box. Defaults to 25em.
