Usage
This template is used by MediaWiki:Watchlist-messages, the watchlist notice message. It takes the following parameters:
|from=- An optional parameter. Hides the watchlist notice until this date, e.g.|from=25 November. This will assume 25 November 00:00 (which includes the whole day), not 25 November 23:59 (which excludes the whole day). This time will be in UTC.|until=– A date until which to display the notice, e.g.|until=29 November. This will assume 29 November 00:00 (which excludes the whole day), not 29 November 23:59 (which includes the whole day). This time will be in UTC.|cookie=– A unique number assigned to each message to allow users to dismiss the message. Please advance this number for each new message, e.g.|cookie=143. If you forget to increment this number, then anybody that clicked "Dismiss" on the old message will not be able to see your new message.|text=– The text of the message
