Usage

This template uses Module:time to calculate the output. So most timezones should work. If a timezone doesn't work it needs to be added at Module:time.
Parameters
[edit source]This template takes one unnamed parameter (or |1=) This parameter is the timezone abbrev. of the standard time of the timezone (eg. EST and not EDT)
Notes
[edit source]When DST is active it produces 0
When DST isn't active it produces 1
