Template:DST end date/EU

Gives the end date for Summer Time in Europe (last Sunday in October) for the year in parameter 1 (the current year if not specified), which must be 1996 or later. The dates for 1996–2013 are historically correct, and those for 2014 and beyond are accurate as of 27 October 2013.
