Purpose

This template is for usage by administrators, VRT agents and copyright clerks at Copyright problems to note resolution of daily listings. Other contributors are welcome to provide feedback, but should not use these templates, which suggest that a listing is resolved.

  • {{subst:CPC|code}}. (See table for complete list of codes.) Signature and indentation are automatic for listings at Wikipedia:Copyright problems.

You can provide an optional comment at the end, by specifying adding a second parameter. For example, {{subst:CPC|n|See [http://example.com copyright policy] for details.}} produces:

Codes are case-insensitive. When adding new codes to the template, use lowercase IDs.

These templates are optional ways to quickly generate a signed explanation of how a matter was handled. Notes may be left manually as well.
