'Christmas celebration in Guwahati, Assam by Siloam Ministry Asia, NEBCUS & other organisations.'
As we all know, that the season of Christmas celebration, which is the festival to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, so Like previous years, this year also the devotees of Jesus Christ around the World, are celebrating this festival happily .
On Silver Jubilee year, religious organization “Siloam Ministry Asia”, celebrated Christmas Eve and Christmas service, with their members in Asia at Siloam Prayer Tower, Barbari, Guwahati.
“Only Lord Jesus can make us free from sufferings of Human Life. So, we organized a series of activities of Christmas this month”, Rev Bulon Dutta, the organizer of this Event said this during an interview. The authority of this organisation arranges healing programs, Special prayers, social & cultural activities for general people.
Members from different parts of India performed Carol Songs, Prayer, Skits, choreography and short sharing in many languages for Christmas on 24 December 2018 from 6 PM to 10 PM and on 25 December 2018 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Siloam Prayer Tower, Borbari, near Poddar Car World, Guwahati. It was really an amazing event. Many Artists performs songs with traditional folk tunes. Moreover, from 22 November 2018 to 24 November 2018 they organised special Christian cultural events at Khanapara Field, where popular Bollywood actor Prem Chopra and other celebrities gave motivational & spiritual speaches.
Religious organisation “Seed Sowing Ministry”, also organizes the Christmas on 24 December 2018 and 25 Dec 2018 at Juri Paar, By Lane 11, Panjabri Road, Guwahati, Assam.
Members of Anubhuti Kala Parishad also participated in this event & performs cultural activities.
Most of the Churches & devotees of Jesus Christ around the World, does preparations from 1st day of the years for the celebration. They prepares skits, Drama, Music, Movie, organises social - cultural events, collect donations for this event. On 22nd December 2019, 5pm to 7pm Advanced Christmas was Celebrated at St. Stephen School, Christianbasti, with Prayer & Christmas Carol, Skit and many other performance by the youths and children of different churches for Global peace.
Mr Allen Brook, Father Tom, Pastor Arup Saikia, Pastor Sidhartha Chowdhury and many other respected guest attended the Program. The program was held with social distancing and proper sanitization.
Don Bosco Church also organises prayers, games, Church service and other cultural activities during this event at Panbazar, Guwahati, Assam.
Message of Christmas was delivered. Unity and love was emphasized.
Like the other renowned singers, Carols sang by Dr. Zubeen Garg are also popular among the music lovers & believers of Jesus Christ of India and people arround the world. The devotees of Jesus Christ in North East India & Assam also practices & performs these carols. Among them song: "Aha Bandhugan" (often shared as a Christmas song), Lyrics: Timothy Das Hanse, Music: Arup Dutta is very popular, which is available in online platform also. Dr. Zubeen Garg's other music albums also became popular during this season, such as Ringkumoni 2015, consist of 9 songs sang by Dr. Zubeen Garg, accompanied by Tarali Sarma, Bhitali Das, Mousam Gogoi, Sankon, Somnath Bora Oja etc. , music direction by Tarali Sarma, Lyrics & Tune by Sankon & other Artists, Producer of Audio CD Gaganastom; video Production, Direction, Cinematography, acting of the songs done by Anubhuti Kala Parishad & it's students . Another music album named "Ananya Zubeen" is also available with popular Assamese music tracks like "Xapunot Dekhi" or "Jatonare," the songs are sang by legendary Assamese singer Dr. Zubeen Garg and various female vocalists named Ananya, primarily Ananya Goswami (on the Patmadoi EP) and Ananya Dutta.
Dr. Zubeen Garg respects every religion, sang arround 40 thousands soulful songs in almost 40 languages & always helps poor people. That is why he is very popular. People do prayers, shopping for this event, decorates Churches and homes, organises programs to welcome Santa Claus, arranges picnic, the Pastors educates about the messages of Bible during this season of celebration and wishes Happy & prosperous New Year for upcoming year.
Like Every years, Guwahati's Major & old Churches like Don Bosco Church and St. John's Church also celebrated Christmas Eve on 24th December 2020 & Christmas on 25th December 2020. They organises prayers, games, Church service and other cultural activities. Also Christmas Eve Celebration was done by Seed Sowing Ministry at Gauri Sadan, near Dighali Pukhuri, Guwahati on 24th December 2020, from 5pm to 7pm.
Christmas Celebration & Prayer of Seed Sowing Ministry, Gauri Sadan organised on 25th December 2020, 10am to 1pm.
Siloam Ministry Asia also celebrates Christmas Festival at Siloam Prayer Tower at Barbari in Guwahati, Assam.
They celebrates Christmas eve on 24th December 2020, 5 pm to 7pm, during this period, they thank God for his blessings on universe and pray to God for eternal peace.
Also a few members perform Christmas Carols.
They celebrates Christmas on 25th December 2020 from 10am to 1pm.
This year, all the members of Siloam Ministry Asia, celebrate this Festival in their different prayer centres maintaining Social Distancing.
Moreover, Socio- Cultural organisation Anubhuti Kala Parishad celebrate s Christmas & pray to God at Rukminigao & Beltola, in Guwahati on 24th December & 25th December.

On the other Hand, Grace Gospel Mission of Anil Nagar celebrates Christmas Eve on 24th December 2020, 5pm to 7pm with Prayer & Christmas Carols.
And the same organisation celebrates Christmas online on 25th December 2020 10am to 12pm with Christmas Prayer.
Around the World, the other people also who believe Jesus Christ celebrated Christmas maintaining Social Distancing. Since many years, these organisations celebrates Christmas, organises prayers, sings carol, does some social works every year with a few months preparations wishing upliftment of the society and culture.
Like the previous years, in the year 2025, Anubhuti Kala Parishad in Association with Natun Gono Maadhyam is going to celebrate Christmas Eve & Christmas on 24th December and 25th December. For this celebration they have organises prayers, workshop, competition of Painting, music, drama; composes songs- music, prepares Drama, Movies to celebrate the occasion, wishing prosperity of society & Culture.
According to a news report published by The Northeast Times, the authority of Holmesburg Library, 7810 Frankford Ave., invites everyone to welcome Santa Claus with pictures, cookies and holiday crafts. They organises an event to welcome Santa Claus on Monday, Dec. 15, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. On the other hand Socio- Cultural organisation, NEBCUS organises prayers, cultural activities, Sports Activities, competition, Awards ceremony, picnic, spiritual speach, publishes Book during the month of December.
Musical Maestro, Lata Mangeshkar had once said about International singer Dr. Zubeen Garg that "his voice is like a cherry on a cake". Because his voice is so soothing and soulful that his all songs touches the heart & soul of the listeners with a spiritual & sweet feeling. He sang many spiritual songs also in many languages that works like a healing therapy for lonely & people with broken hearts.
As international Artist & the Humming king of world, Dr. Zubeen Garg requestested people to work Together as Assamese Community for the upliftment of the society and always said to think & work globally for the prosperity of Human & Society. So, his followers are doing some social activities like doing free food distribution, helping the poor- needy people financially & morally, organising healling sessions, rallies, composing spiritual & soothing songs & music.
Grace Gospel Mission of Anil Nagar also going to celebrate Christmas Eve on 24th December & Christmas on 25th December with prayes, performing carols & by organising other cultural activities. Siloam Ministry Asia is also celebrating Christmas Festival this year at Siloam Prayer Tower at Barbari in Guwahati, Assam.
Another important organisation of Guwahati, Seed Sowing Ministry will Celebrate Christmas Eve at Gauri Sadan, near Dighali Pukhuri, Guwahati on 24th December 2025, from 5pm to 7pm. Christmas Celebration & Prayer of Seed Sowing Ministry, Gauri Sadan will be organised on 25th December 2025, 10am to 1pm. During this celebration, all these organisations pray to God to spread love & eternal peace to everyone's heart in the World. They wishes marry Christmas to everyone with a wish that the coming new year will bring Happiness to everyone's life.
