This template creates a message header box for a talk or maintenance page that is archived yearly with links to each of its annual archive pages.
Use
[edit source]Placing {{archived annually}} at the top of a talk or maintenance page creates a message box like the one shown below:

You should also place {{Archive}} on each of the annual archive pages. This was previously a separate template ({{Annual archive}}) but has since been merged into {{Archive}}. Instructions for annual archives are found at Template:Archive#Annual_archives.
Requirement
[edit source]The annual archive pages must be subpages of the subject page named {{FULLPAGENAME}}/Archive YEAR, where YEAR is the four-digit year number.
Use {{{root}}} to specify the root page of all the archives.
