This template is itself under the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Committee, and as such you must not make significant changes to the wording or functionality of this template without the Committee's consent.

Usage

This template denotes that a given template is under the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Committee, and thus should not be substantively modified without the Committee's consent. It takes a single parameter which indicates the reason it is under the Committee's purview. It defaults to one of its associated enforcement processes.
