Tarnos (French pronunciation: [taʁnɔs] <phonos file="LL-Q150 (fra)-Benoît Prieur-Tarnos.wav"></phonos>; Basque: Tarnose; Occitan: Tarnòs) is a commune in the Landes department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.[2]

Tarnos is in the far southwest corner of the department, 5 km north of Bayonne.
