Syngrapha altera is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found from Newfoundland to Manitoba and Northern Michigan.
The wingspan is 30–34 mm.
Subspecies

- Syngrapha altera altera
- Syngrapha altera variana (from Maine to Newfoundland)
