Semisalsa stagnorum is a species of small brackish water snail with a gill and an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Cochliopidae.[1]
There are fossil records (Hydrobia stagnalis and it's subspecies: H.s.stagnalis, H.s.andrusovi) from Hungary, Austria and Czech Republic.
Distribution
[edit | edit source]This species occurs in the Mediterranean Sea, the Baltic Sea, the North Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean.
