Sefid Tameshk (Persian: سفيدتمشك, also Romanized as Sefīd Tameshk)[1] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 618, in 211 families.[2] Down from 634 in 2006.[3] The village is near the border with Gilan Province.
