Scott Parr (born c. 1976) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Texas A&M University–Kingsville, a position he has held since 2025.[1] He was the head football coach for Navarro College from 2019 to 2021.[2][3][4] He also coached for Hardin–Simmons, Sam Houston State, Abilene Christian, Baylor, Tarleton State, West Texas A&M,[5] Texas Tech, Eastern Illinois,[6][7] and Louisiana Tech.[8][2][9][10][11] He played college football for Hardin–Simmons as a wide receiver.
