Scheibbs (German pronunciation: [ʃaɪ̯ps] Audio file "De-Scheibbs.ogg" not found) is a town in Austria in the Scheibbs district of Lower Austria. In 1886, it became the first town in Austria to have street lighting powered by electricity.
