Sampolo is a commune in the Corse-du-Sud department of France on the island of Corsica.

Sampolo has a mediterranean climate (Köppen climate classification Csa). The average annual temperature in Sampolo is 13.1 °C (55.6 °F). The average annual rainfall is 1,260.4 mm (49.62 in) with November as the wettest month. The temperatures are highest on average in August, at around 22.4 °C (72.3 °F), and lowest in February, at around 5.7 °C (42.3 °F).
