Saint-Maurice-de-Rotherens (Savoyard: Sant-Mœris) is a former commune in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Saint-Genix-les-Villages.[2] In 2022, it had 225 residents.[1]
Geography
[edit | edit source]The commune is located on the ridge of Mont Tournier. Saint-Maurice-de-Rotherens is located 1.6 km from Gresin and 1.6 km from Gerbaix.
