Background

[edit | edit source]

Robin Raven studied writing at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and is the author of the children’s book Santa’s First Vegan Christmas.[2] In 2019, Raven was featured as a panelist at a public town hall hosted by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on youth mental health, titled Mental Health: Helping Our Kids Find the Light. The event, held at Heinz Field and widely promoted in the newspaper, brought together experts to address the national crisis of youth depression and suicide in the United States.[4]
