Phyllonorycter juncei is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the Canary Islands and Madeira.
The larvae feed on Genista tenera, Teline maderensis, Teline stenopetala and Spartium junceum. They mine the leaves of their host plant.[2]
