Patricio Alfonso Pinilla Valencia (born circa 1969 in Los Ángeles, Bío Bío Region) is a Chilean lawyer and politician affiliated with the Christian Democratic Party. He serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, representing the 21st District for the 2026–2030 term.[1][2]

Biography

Pinilla was born in Los Ángeles to a family of modest means: his father Alfonso worked as a mechanical turner and his mother Brunilda as a homemaker.[3] He studied law at the University of Concepción and worked as a lawyer in the regional labour inspection sector for over two decades. He also served as a regional councilor (CORE) and later as municipal councillor in Los Ángeles.

Political career

In the 2025 parliamentary election, Pinilla ran as the Christian Democratic candidate in the 21st District (Bío Bío Region). He was elected with approximately 5.13% of the valid votes (20,035 votes).[4]
