Outreau (French pronunciation: [utʁo] <phonos file="Fr-Paris--Outreau.ogg"></phonos>; West Flemish: Wabingen) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France[2] west of Boulogne. The river Liane forms the eastern border of the commune with Boulogne.
