Mycothiol synthase

Mycothiol synthase (EC 2.3.1.189, MshD) is an enzyme with systematic name acetyl-CoA:desacetylmycothiol O-acetyltransferase.^[1]^[2]^[3] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
