We are a group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to video games. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them on our discussion page, or by contacting participants of the project. Purpose and Goals Our main functions are to: provide guidelines and recommendations for all articles related to video games; improve Wikipedia's coverage of video games by creating, expanding and maintaining such articles; serve as the central point of discussion for issues related to video games on Wikipedia; and maintain the Video games portal. The essential articles page identifies the most important topics in the scope of this WikiProject. The reference library is an archive of high-quality sources that may be used to support development history, critical reception, and other sections of articles. We have task forces within our project that provide centralized information and discussion for topics that have a sufficiently large scope, but would not benefit from having a separate WikiProject with all of the associated bureaucracy.
