This template is a userbox for usage by Arrowmen in the Order of the arrow. This template also incorporates Wikipedia:WikiProject Scouting/Userboxes/vigil and Wikipedia:WikiProject Scouting/Userboxes/OA DSA into a single userbox.

Parameters

Parameter	Explanation
membership	Optional membership level can be added to indicate the level of membership or reception of the Distinguished Service Award. Choices are Ordeal, Brotherhood, Vigil, and DSA
year	Optional year parameter can be added to indicate the year of induction or year of reception of the Distinguished Service Award
name	Optional parameters can be added to include the user's Vigil name and its translation.
translation	Optional parameters can be added to include the translation of user's Vigil name, but name must be used in this case.
nocat	A no value removes user for default categories.
