{{Wikipedia:WikiProject Japan/Navbox}} The Geography and environment task force is a task force of WikiProject Japan aimed at increasing the number and improving the quality of Wikipedia articles related to Japan about the general geography, mountains and volcanoes, national (and other) parks and other designated recreation areas, plants and animals in Japan, lakes, rivers, the surrounding oceans and seas, environmental disasters, and related articles. This task force does not deal with articles about specific prefectures, districts, or municipalities, as those are handled by other task forces.

How can I help?

If you have some knowledge of or interest in the geography or environment of Japan, a desire to contribute, and a flair for quality, then by all means help us out.
